What we review

Land with a clear reason to look closer.

LandBank reviews farms, agricultural land, estates and strategic land across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Larger holdings are of particular interest. Smaller parcels can still be relevant where they carry strategic value through renewable potential, grid proximity, planning or development potential, project rights or assembly value.

Every opportunity is considered on its own facts. An initial review is not a valuation, offer or commitment to purchase.

A straightforward process

From introduction to informed discussion.

  1. 01

    Submit the opportunity

Tell us where the land is, its approximate acreage and anything material you already know.

  2. 02

    Initial review

We consider the holding, location and available evidence to decide whether a conversation is worthwhile.

  3. 03

    Confidential discussion

Where there may be a fit, we arrange a direct discussion and check the information needed to understand the opportunity.

  4. 04

    Indicative interest and diligence

If suitable, the opportunity can move to indicative interest and further diligence. Not every site will progress to this stage.

Confidential introduction

Tell us about the land.

A short outline is enough for the first review. Agents and professional advisers are welcome to submit opportunities on behalf of clients.

No login is required. Submission does not guarantee an offer or particular timescale.

All fields are required except asking price and notes.

Submitting this form starts a conversation; it does not create an offer or commitment. See our Privacy Notice for how we handle your details.

Acquisition questions

Useful to know.

What land is of interest?
We review farms, agricultural land, estates and strategic land across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Larger holdings are of particular interest, but smaller parcels can be relevant where there is a clear strategic reason.
Do I need to provide a guide price?
No. If you have an asking price or guide, it is useful context, but you can submit the opportunity without one.
Will the enquiry be confidential?
We treat initial enquiries as confidential and use the information to assess and discuss the opportunity. Any wider disclosure needed for diligence would be discussed with you first.
Can tenanted, woodland or mixed land be considered?
Yes. Tenancy, occupancy, woodland and mixed uses do not automatically rule land out. Please include the broad position so it can form part of the initial review.
Do planning, grid or project rights matter?
They can. Renewable potential, grid proximity, planning or development potential, existing project rights and assembly value may make a smaller or unusual parcel strategically relevant. None of these factors guarantees interest or an outcome.
